Smart work Vs Hard work....

Hard work  :  Doing something where the only option is to do or die, the way which comes into my mind first is hard   work.

Smart work:  Doing the hard work in a smart way is called smart work, but it can not be done without enough fathom to find out the smart ways. To me applying the basic common sense along with the hard work can be called as the work done smartly thus can be called as smart work.

Using internet for booking a railway ticket may not be called as smart work.
If some one has access to technologies and he his able to use it in a right manner then definitely he will use it. Having choice of technology to do any work will automatically lead to a common person to use it and do things in less amount of time I call this mere common sense not smart work.

E.g : An average student can definitely beat a brilliant student by only hard work which will automatically teach him the smart ways of doing it.

In both the work whether it is smart or any kind of work we can not get rid of the hard work, there may be this perception in our mind that hard work is doing the things without common sense, but to me this is not true, common sense is the basic need of any work.
I have always heard that "Practice makes man perfect" So hard work is the journey and smart work is the destination because perfection will automatically reflect our smart work. If someone is ready to do hard work and after continuous practice he will automatically start doing any work in smart ways and that same hard work will be labeled as the smart work. Hard work is the platform on which we can learn smart work. I believe we cannot reach to any destination without doing the journey for it.

" Graceful runners are only those who have mastered the act of walking"

So first we should be ready to do the hard work then we will automatically do any work in a smart way and the whole act will be called as "Smart work" provided common sense is taken for granted.

In my opinion " do or die" situation  doesn't mean that it is the result of lack of strategy or hard work or home work, try to see the bigger picture where we actually gonna work into. In today's world our work is challenging as well as demanding, there would be many cases where the "perform or perish" situation comes where we need to work in a 24 X 7 environment, that is nothing but a situation which demands hard work, now you may think that smart work will enough to survive but every one is not able to propose ideas with smart work in a group there may be one or two people who will try to think in smart ways but rest of the team members who might not be as intelligent as those two innovative people can also match their level with the help of hard work.

Though it has been said that "common sense is the most uncommon thing in this world", It's sad if an educated person doesn't possess common sense, then it shows the plight condition of the Education system in the country.  Hard work is the attitude of perseverance, hard work is a stair case without which no one can climb the steps of success even a leader who believe in smart work has to first work hard to achieve the smart ways of doing anything, nothing comes spontaneous everything requires efforts.

Take a example of types of people with difference in intelligence there may be a class of people who are blessed with a genius brain they achieve success in less amount of time, but what about a class of people with less intelligence. Does their less intelligent brain mean that they can not achieve the success as genius achieve, i believe absolutely no they can definitely put some extra efforts and achieve equal success as geniuses do.

Even a statement said by a genius proves that hard work is the only way we can do the things smartly.
"A Genius! For Thirty seven years I have practiced fourteen hours a day and now they call me a genius!" -

Attributed  to Pablo Sarasate
Spanish violinist and composer.
On being hailed as a genius by a critic.

Bearing fruits or getting fruits totally depends upon the your beliefs, I believe we can not say that a person doing hard work doesn't get fruit. In my opinion there is no such work as smart work it's because every one is required to work hard but hard work done with more efficiency is referred as smart work so ultimately the base foundation of any work is hard work. It is your courage which make your way of doing any work smart. If someone is not courageous enough to adapt in an environment which demands hard work he can't even think of doing any work. Instead of wasting time in thinking one should start approaching any work, thoughts automatically come.
Statement by Successful leader L.N Mittal : I do not take the right decision, I take the decisions and make them right.
So First jump into the pool to learn swimming and continuous efforts will definitely lead you to swim in an ocean gracefully. Success lies in the attitude and perseverance strengthens the personality, perseverance comes by continuous efforts towards goal. I do not oppose the smart work but here I am supporting the hard work...

So I believe Smart work is important but hard work is more important because it comes first.

Should FREE POWER be given to farmers?

Farmers is that section of our country which aid the economy to a very large extent, as agricultural sector contributes heavily around 17.2% to GDP growth, to support the farmers government give subsidies on various commodities like food items, water supply, fertilizes and pesticides and many other facilities are provided at subsidized  prices to the farmers, but government is not able to keep an eye on the utilization of these resources whether they have been utilized efficiently or not. Due to lack of awareness many farmers remain ignorant from the benefits of the technology applied in agriculture, and if some of them are aware of it they do not use it in an efficient way, rather they are not able to use it because many machines and equipment are not easy to understand or they demand the expensive inputs as energy to operate them, many such equipments are electricity driven or fuels driven like kerosene or diesel, Now a big question arises whether government should provide subsidy on these items to farmers or not, for which government itself is dependent upon the imports from the other countries.

So on the basis of aforementioned scenario of our agricultural sector and the farmers there is a big question which may arise in our minds. "Should free power be given to the farmers or not". We may think that as high growth in agriculture depends upon the modern products and equipments for farming which now a days farmers tend to use those, although with a little knowledge about them, these equipments are mainly electricity driven, so it is very important to subsidize the electricity for farmers. But a non renewable resource of energy like electricity for which government is dependent upon the diminishing quantity of coal in the country which in turn leads to dependency on imports from other countries. Can government afford to give subsidy on such an expensive energy? which is not even utilized in an efficient way generally.

Imagine! If free power is given to farmers they may over exploit the technical equipments for farming which may waste a huge amount of electricity, this situation may lead to excessive wastage of water for irrigation through tube-wells which will drop the water table which may be proved as a very dangerous situation for an agriculture based country. Cases of illegal theft of electricity will shoot by manifold because there is not enough importance given to keeping a check on the proper utilization of the provided resources, which is nothing but a huge loss of one of the most expensive resources of the nation. Because agricultural income is tax free in India, many rich guys have deliberately invested in land to pass off as agriculturists. They actually do not require any subsidies but get them anyway. Even if power subsidy has to be given, we should distinguish between rich and poor farmers. The free power generally is of "poor" quality - (voltage and frequency) because cash starved electricity boards ensure that they given better quality power to paying customersSubsidies, if not uniformly given throughout the country, have a bad effect and could lead to regional destabilization. "Power" is a subject of the state government and free power is being used as a political tool to get votes.

It is a well known fact that we do not care about those things which come for free to us. So to prevent the deterioration of the significance of the electricity and to make them understand the value of electricity so they will try to utilize it in a best possible manner without under any scrutiny by the government body at least electricity should not be subsidized for the farmers. This will instill a sense of significance of energy saving in everyone who understands the plight condition of the farmers.

Intelligent people may not need god but normal people do!!!

The diametric opposition of religion with science cannot be questioned. But when a question was asked to Swami Vivekananda that what is the benefit of religion as the whole mankind got hurt by it so many times in the form of riots and wars. He simply said "Religion is like a cow which has given many kick backs to man but we still care for it because of its nourishing milk".

Although religion doesn't provide answers to every question but there is no special need to know those answers because those who believe in it they have accepted it without even an ounce of doubt on it and they do not ask anything. Religion is related to faith, different people have faiths in different things. It will be funny If someone is worshiping his television set or computer or even a book or a pen, but what is wrong in personifying the things and express the gratitude to them it gives a sense of relief and selflessness.

To me religion is the manifestation of the divinity that is already there in a man. Religion strengthens that divinity. It gives an ethical path to a not much intelligent man or a commonest man. There are not many people on this world that can control them to follow the ethical path without deviation so religion plays a very important role in such cases.

God does not exist we can prove it with the evidences. But it’s the faith of man which has given the enormous power to god. Religion never tells anyone to be fanatic about it. It just says be spiritual and get connected to god now the question comes where is god it lies with in, if we will have faith on ourselves we don't need any other medium of worship.
Now a day’s people don't understand the difference between the religion and spiritual. In my opinion religion separates people and spirituality brings them together.

Whatever the kick backs we have faced from this cow is due to the different interpretation done by people, but it was not there fault because on nature has divided the earth by the natural walls likes mountains and seas and ocean so different people originated from different soil caught different ways of religion. If Islam religion supports eating of animals or non-veg food it had a valid reason because Islam must have originated from the deserts and there may not be any other option available to survive so people must have started killing animals and started feeding themselves to survive. Now Hindu religion should keep this fact into their mind and accept the Islam religion with the equal love then they will tend to become spiritual.

There are two types of people on this world:
TYPE1- they don't need any external factor to motivate themselves to choose the correct path to live the life, they are self motivated and intelligent enough to distinguish between right or wrong values and principles even that class of intelligent people cannot deny the fact that faith plays a very important role in there life in the form of self-beliefs and self -confidence to achieve anything. Being spiritual is to realize the divinity which is already present within us, these people are intelligent enough to realize the immense potential which they possess that too without any external factor, But I am sure they must have believed in there parents and teachers without any doubt. Making our belief very strong and strong will turn it into faith.

TYPE-2: there is a class of people who are not intelligent enough to explore there potential without an external factor so they seek for it externally. If they can get an ethical path to follow with the help of religion so there is nothing wrong in that. This faith will make them realize that god is sitting within them.

There is an interesting story about god and its place. "When god created man (suppose) he wanted to hide his identity otherwise man will not stop pester him about silly things so god thought I'll go to a place where man would not be able to find me. God thought to go to sky then realized that man is intelligent enough to reach there, then he thought to hide himself in the heights of mountains but he thought it is not a safest place, he thought to hide deep underneath the ocean but after an enough fathom god realized that there is only one unique place where man can not even think of and that is within the heart and soul of man himself".

Once we realize that we have to worship our potential our abilities and our thoughts then we can explore anything in this world without even the help of religion.

But if someone takes the help of god to explore this potential so there is nothing wrong in that, provided he does not preach that god to anyone and does not campaign his religion to anyone. But it has been found that anyhow preventing campaigning of religion is very difficult so to avoid this, the only path for the second type of people is "Spirituality" which is much different than a religion.
Example: Art of Living by H.H Sri Sri Ravishankar promotes spirituality it does not see anyone's religion while delivering the knowledge to the world and successfully transforming the lives of people through out the world.
